Great derma roller, seeing promising results after once a week use for 5 months on my mature facial skin, a little bit squeaky but doesn't affect outcome.

Been micro-needling at home for years and I tend to switch between rollers and stamps. This roller is standard and works well. Good price... I never pay too much because you can only use them so many times before the needles dull and it needs to be replaced.
