John Sloane's Country Seasons 2019 Deluxe Wall Calendar Calendar – Wall Calendar, June 12, 2018

Ordered this beautiful calendar even though the price was more than I ever spent for a calendar. I expected a lot. It was delivered in the rain before I knew it was there on the porch. If course the box was pretty wet but still expected to get a dry product. Opening the box, I found the calendar in all it's naked glory taking in any water it can get from the rain. One corner was saturated. I was disgusted by the total lack of care by the packer to protect such a nice paper product. I separated the pages and placed it at the heat vent to dry though the thick paper buckled. Finally on the wall it served me well until the month of May when the staples let go of the pages. Now it's a loose-leaf calendar. Too bad such a lovely item wasn't treated as well as the art item it is. A little plastic wrap for moisture protection and a better staple machine could make this a reorder.

Love the large size, especially the pictures. I take great care in selecting a calendar that I will be gazing at all year long and look forward to changing up the months as the year progresses. These pictures evoke such warm fuzzy feelings of that particular time of year and memories of years gone by as the months and seasons change. Look at this adorable picture of a cat napping on a bed. The pictures in this calendar make me happy. I use it every day as a big appointment calendar for the family and a day brightener for myself.

Heavy pages, lots of room for appointments on each day, big, bold black numbers for easy viewing even at a distance, a brass grommet for sturdy hanging, and John Sloane's artwork of simpler times. It is worth noting though, that Daylight Savings and Falling Back are not noted in this calendar. Personally, I wish they weren't around to need being noted. I think Mother Nature does just fine on her own ---- and, 'it's not nice to fool Mother Nature'. 😃 (from the old butter/margarine commercial ) May 2019 be a great year for us all.

The images are beautiful, the paper feels expensive, and the date squares are a generous size.Unfortunately the envelope and part of the front cover arrived damaged. I can't blame it on shipping because it came in a box that was undamaged.

This new John Sloane calendar, gives us more of the quality artwork we crave to turn the month of each year. He has really presented some outstanding art in this calendar , that fans will truly appreciate, and new buyers will want more of. He is one of the best artists in the US , today. Aren't we lucky to have him.

This is such a lovely calendar. The paintings are absolutely beautiful, quaint countryside scenery that makes you feel nostalgic just looking at it. Not to mention the calendar itself is such good quality. The paper is thick and very durable, and the top hole has an eyelet so the paper doesn’t rip through. Overall, very happy with my purchase!

My wife loves these calendars and we buy one every year. Reminds her of living in the country, like she did as a child. Beautiful.

Love the pictures! Great quality paper. This is the 2nd year I’ve bought this calendar and I’m very happy with it!

Invaluable to our family

These prints are beautiful...could be framed afterwards. The calendar is larger than average but that allows room to write in reminders etc. The paper it's made of is thick and linen-like.

Lovely, large nostalgic pictures. Big squares with big numbers in dark ink so it stands out from the light background. Good for writing appointments on each day. Large month and date at the bottom of each page.
