Q: Why does my camera make a clicking sound and freeze sometimes?

Q: Can this TC001 PLUS thermal camera work on an iPhone 15 Pro with a USB-C port?

No, only for Android and (PC) Windows.

Q: Can the TC001 PLUS detect objects underwater, through glass, or a wall?

No. Infrared detectors mainly detects the long-wave infrared region of 8~14μm, and can only be used to measure surface temperature.

Q: Why is the measured temperature not precise?

The temperature resolution of the TC001 is ±2%. And the TC001 provides a normal temperature range of -20~150°C (-4~302°F), and a high temperature range of 150-550°C (302~1022°F). Please select the corresponding range in the app before measuring.
