It worked great for two minutes, then all the apps starting glitching. We realized that the buttons are all upside down/backwards. So when we click the top of the screen, it clicks whatever feature is at the bottom of the screen. HOW TO FIX: click the white circle on the top right corner (may need to click the lower right corner for it to work) then the home icon. From here go to set up and there is a place for screen calibration! It fixed our whole problem!

Works great now. I had issues when we first purchased it and the company worked with us to resolve the issue. Easy to install or if you do it like I did to hide the wires it can take some time. The backup camera works great for my daughters car.

I am returning this due to low audio quality. It will mot connect to transmitter or through cables.. Will only work through its speaker

It serves its purpose. Not the best. A lot of static and lost stations as you travel distances in your car. There is an option to turn it off. But if you leave it plugged in turn off your car the screen stays off. But if you return and unlock your car via remote (which 99.9999% people do) it turns on. So for example you just had to get something from your car and didn’t turn on the engine and then lock your car, the device stays on doesn’t turn off. I tested it and came back to my car 30 minutes later and it was still on. The option to turn it off isn’t there, so you have to unplug it or turn the engine on to turn it off again. Then turn your engine off. I just unplug it now. I doubt if it would drain the battery but it should be off. This thing only gets 3 stars due to it’s relatively poor FM connection and the fact it doesn’t time out on its own.

Reverse camera shows good. It doesn't have the backup lines. Simple to connect.

It's a lot better than the Bluetooth products we had a decade ago, but of the current options, this isn't fantastic. Sound quality issues, manual issues. At least I don't see any problems with the menu text, so far. I got it working, but the audio is crackling. Everything is right next to the radio and the antenna is on the roof 20" away. It should be better, but I'm selling this car soon and this is going with it to help with the intermittent speedometer issues. At least the stereo has an auxiliary input, so that can help with audio quality, so I'm glad I installed it close to the stereo. The mount is decent. It has a telescoping arm, I just wish you could make it swivel, but the suction cup tensioner is in the way. The reverse camera requires power from a light or something, and it's definitely older technology running through RCA connections. Update: The sticker backing peeled off, and I'm in Montana and it only got up to 67°F. The backing is foam, so it doesn't stick well. It's like a papery sticker that ripped apart. At least it wasn't difficult to clean. I can't figure out how to adjust the volume of the unit, even though it shows multiple volume levels in the manual. There's no way to adjust it, and I figured out how to change the language on a stereo in Costa Rica without the manual, so I know what I'm doing. I'm considering sending it back. The aux cable is poor quality and I didn't know I just had to adjust it because the wire was loose, but it finally started working again. If you select aux and turn it off and back on, it plays through the internal speaker until you switch back to aux again. It's got some nice features, but it's not what I expected. I'm probably just going to return it, and I wasn't expecting much. I don't return almost anything. Update #2: I just can't deal with it. I've decided to just unplug it and I'm just going to return it for another. Maybe it'd work for others, but I can't adjust the volume on aux, and the sound isn't clear on the radio. I'll try another. I'm glad I got the experience, but it's not a great product. Spending double and hoping the next one is better.
