I had been taking this stuff for about six months and while I had been getting great results in the gym, I was taking so many other supplements that I could not be sure of what was doing what. So, three weeks ago I tapered from two caps a day to one and two weeks ago I stopped taking it. I kept all other sups the same but this week I definitely started to notice its absence in two ways. Decreased libido and decreased enthusiasm for hard gym workouts. I didn’t actually lose strength in the gym, in fact, I went up in weight in so exercises, but the normal enjoyment was down.
