I noticed the effect of this slightly within a couple of days. Increased libido at first. But after having finished a bottle with a good diet my muscle composition has changed, I'm a lot less sore and other people can tell that my confidence has improved. I've always been lean but before taking this product I was more of a pushover and easily prone to being walked all over at work.I'm impressed by this product because despite purchasing dozens of similar stacks and supplements from Amazon over the years, few have had such a noticeable effect. Just one dose daily and my libido, confidence, and muscle mass has improved despite not working out any more than usual.I would recommend. I'm not sure if taking a dose at night as well as a dose in the morning offers any extra benefits or if it is a waste, but I've been doing it that way for a few weeks now and I plan to reorder more.

I wasn’t sure about this product when I first ordered it but I wanted to try it. I’m glad I did! This is a great vitamin that I take with my multivitamin everyday. I have noticed a boost in energy and it helps me get through my day. I am a 50 year old man, so that being said it also makes a difference with intimacy with the wife if you catch my drift. Performance in the bedroom is needed! Believe me women do care! it also gives me a boost in the gym with my workouts. This is a good multi-purpose vitamin and I will be ordering again.

Improved sex drive, strength is up but I was taking turkesterone and ecdysterone before switching to this. Side effects for me were just that my blood pressure seemed a little higher, likely do to increased blood flow.I'm a bit sensitive to L-arganine supplements especially if I overlap them with caffeine. Hasn't really been an issue since I started taking it later in the day.

I was not sure what to think about this kind of supplement because I have not taken anything like it before, but its so far given me a noted boost in energy especially in the mornings. I know the ingredients in this supplement because I have actually researched them to understand what they do. I would drink a good amount of water when taking these just incase you get an upset stomach. Give it a week and you will start feeling the benefits in a good way no joke.

I decided to try this product after I bought a fodogia product that wasn't real. This stuff is the real deal! A great price, plus it has additional supplements mixed in. I will def be buying this product again! You can tell this is real fodogia because you will a rock hard erection when you first take this. I bought a similar product from a different company and it did absolutely nothing. Great buy!

I wanted to get through an entire bottle before I wrote a review. It took about a week to really have this build up in my system but the energy I got back was noticeable. I'd been really lagging in the gym.. up to two bang energies in the mornings. I started on this and was able to go for a two hour workouts Vs lagging out at 45 minutes. Only problem is, I am out and need more!

After a couple days of taking the product I did start to notice that I wasn’t getting the afternoon crash that I typically do after work. As far as if it raised my free testosterone I could t say because I did not have any bloodwork done prior to or during the use of the product. Would recommend to give it a try for yourself though.
