These refried black beans by Ducal are fabulous and closest you can get to homemade frijoles. I love these small pouches, they’re single serve and eliminates wasting anything. Sometimes my husband will have entire pouch himself but other times, if I am doing eggs, queso fresco, avocados we will share 1 pouch. For me this flavor is excellent without anything added but my husband prefers his momma way (Sauté finely chopped onion and garlic then add beans) to each it’s own, bottom line these are YUM 😋 Oh and the date is more then a year out.

Great Product, Great Price
Always used Ducal when living in Guatemala. Couldn't find them anywhere in the US until I found them here. Convenient 2+ serving pouches. Great product & value!
