Very helpful customer service...
I bought one of these and my sister installed it with no difficulty...I needed the second one and when my sister tried to install it, she became convinced that it was defective. I kept it several months before my sis arrived to help me and we sent in a request to return. Ww were given a number to call for assistance. The customer service rep was Harold, case no C6711205 and his ID, AR004208... He was very helpful and we had to take a different approach but we now have a working DLink. We feel that these wireless extenders help... My house is not the normal new house and the configuration and building materials are not conducive to wireless strength. Thank you, Harold.

Awesome!!
I was worried that this would be difficult to set up. It took me less than 5 minutes to set this up. It works great. I bought this because my son could not get wifi coverage in his downstairs bedroom. He was going through a lot of data on his phone. I plugged this in at the bottom of the stairs. (Our router is upstairs). His bedroom is I. The far corner of the house and he now gets 3 bars! I only wish I had bought this sooner

Very happy with the D-Link and customer support.
easy to set up. The DAP had a problem recognizing the password that was provided with it. I called customer support and was answered directly. The tech was very helpful and guided me through the entire process to connect and change the pw on it. the D-Link case # was C6580421 and the techs ID# was AR004205.

So far I'am quite pleased at the performance of this product
So far I'am quite pleased at the performance of this product.Truly enhanced our wi fi signal on our second floor which had such a weak connection that gave up on operating my Asus tablet.Now it indicates maximum strength.Very glad I purchased this.

Mediocre
I've had two of these and they are mediocre at best. Very hit or miss. Do not extend the range much. Can't recommend. Spend a little more and get something more reliable.

Love it ...we now have internet in the one room of the house it was almost inpossiable to get...the living room
