Plastic Bottle. It definitely appeared to be glass. For that I take off one star as I think that the description was misleading. At my time of purchase the bottle material was not stated or not obvious (I searched for it).Other than that, this is excellent vinegar and it works as expected. I used this so far for cooking recipes and for cleaning my dishwasher. It performed superbly in both instances.
