I can get this bread at Ralphs grocery stores or $5 a loaf why would I pay $14.23.

This bread is sold in the freezer section of our grocery store. It is fresh so slices go bad after a day out of freezer. How do you keep it cold?

I store it in the refrigerator. It will last a week or so.

If there is salt in it, it likely has some Iodine.
