Perfect for a big man. My husband is 6 foot, 200 lbs and would never fit on a standard size yoga mat like the one I use. This is nice and wide so we can now both enjoy stretching together on our mats.

Not a bad mat. Thick and cushiony. I just couldn’t get it to lay flat. Had to return for something else.

This is a THICK yoga mat, and it's exactly what I was hoping for. The mat is made from rubber that is quite smelly at first, but one day in the sun seems to have fixed that. The mat is long enough for this 5'9" person to do lunges and sun salutations all day long. It is quite grippy, so working out in socks or bare feet on a hard wood floor isn't a problem. I am someone who works out regularly and do different types of workouts to sustain my gains. Yoga is something I started doing about a year ago. I started doing hot yoga, which was too intense for me, so regular yoga was doing the trick. I would use mats that they would give you, but I really thought it was kind of gross to do that, so when I was looking for large size mats, I came across this one. It looked absolutely perfect so I decided to go ahead and place an order for it. When it arrived, the box was quite heavy, so I knew it was going to be something that was made very durable, and it is. It is quite thick and it is very long. I am 6 foot 2 and it fits me perfect. It’s very comfortable and you can tell it’s made to be super durable and long lasting. So if you are looking for a yoga mat and are tired of the cheap thin ones, look no further. This one is awesome. This mat is so thick and plushy I want to sink into it. It is so soft that it even picked up the imprints of my cat’s paws. But it doesn’t just sink to the ground it cradles everything so that it still feels soft under you. It is also very large, much larger than I had thought but correct with the listed dimensions. It seems to be pretty durable so far, but should it start deteriorating, I will update this review. I was relieved that it didn’t have any strong smell to it as some mats I have gotten in the past have had strong smells. Overall, I love it and would absolutely recommend it!!

Not very stable. Feels very loose and stretchy. Wont stay flat. Just feels like a big dish washing gsponge. If you just want something soft and cushioned to do your work out on i guess its fine if you dont mind the ends rolling up off the floor
