DTC 1 Lawn Sprinkler, Automatic 360 Rotating Adjustable Garden Water Sp, black

This sprinkler really slings out the water if you change out the provided heads to see which one you like best.It comes with everything you need to get started, including those quick connect fittings that go on hoses.Lamentably, the designers couldn't figure how to go from water hose to quick connect fitting without cutting the head off the end of your hose and installing this set-up. I refuse to ruin a $50 garden hose to accommodate this getup, but the good news is that you can just remove the one you see screwed in to the sprinkler and screw the whole deal on to your hose.I don't know what they were thinking, I've had those quick connects for years and they just screwed on to the end of your hose, no cutting required.This unit, as cool as it looks and sprays, is very light gauge plastic and would break if you dropped it on the driveway, or threw it out into the yard like I do. Your kids will break it if the dog doesn't chew it up.If you leave it out in the winter and the summer I promise you it won't last two seasons. I would love to find this sprinkler made of some kind of metal.Three stars because it will throw the water, but it won't last.Update September 28, 2018: I was wrong about the ability of this sprinkler to take abuse. It will still break at the spinner/neck joint if roughly handled, but I find that it doesn't hurt it to be drug along the grass and flipped over using a whip motion. I still maintain that it needs to be brought into the garage in the winter and it'll last a lot longer if it doesn't freeze that plastic.

Overall works. Need a lot of water pressure to connect even two of them together. Was pretty disappointed with the lack of coverage and how light weight they are. If you need to cover just a small area then it would probably work great. Needing quite a bit of coverage I wouldnt recommend this particular item. They did ship and arrive pretty quickly and were packaged very well.

I used this to replace a metal sprinkler, so out of the box (plastic bag) my first impression was that it's really lightweight, cheap plastic. But... In usage, it provides really great, even coverage across its sprinkling area, and spins easily, even when on a slope. Love it.

I'm very happy with it. Much happier than I am with the expanding hose I have it connected to. What'd be really cool is if it had some cleats to spike it into the lawn. Right now, I have a screwdriver pinning it in place. The sprinkler has great build quality and allows for a lot of adjustment.

I just didn’t like how you get soaking wet while turning on/off by the sprinkler head. Goes a wide range in the garden!

High temperature in southern CA burn my grass die, and the underground sprinkler is not working properIy, need something recover my lawn, I believe this sprinkler can do it, because it covers most my yard, and can adjust the range by turn up and down the faucet. after i tried a week, leak water, but that’s fine, resolved later

My husband thought it would be crap but he really likes it and is durable

It was a little difficult to get the hose connected but once I figured it out and used some muscle it works as expected.
