Its hook is made of cheap plastic i have used so many bags never faced problem like this
Its quality is very very low i buy it for our us bidit and only in 2 hr its hanging hook was broken and it was a burden to carry it on hand we have to keep it in our backpack and now cant use it its not only wastage of money but really a trouble for us I eill not recommend any one to buy it
