Good product, Poor packaging
The two row barley worked just fine, but the packing was poor and one of the 2 bags I ordered was broken open and spilling out. I had barley. On my porch and in my car. Not ideal.

No moths here.
I read a bunch of reviews. I came across someone saying they put their 2-row rye in their pantry and got moths. BS!!!! Now my review. I ordered this 2-row at 8 bucks a bag. I expected garbage. Now was I mistaken? You bet I was. I got started brewing my own for my BBQ sauce. My first single grain made my sauce taste like I made it with a dirty diaper and filtered with a seat cushion from the lock-up at the county jail. NASTY. my second and third are about the same. My wife finally stop at the liquor and bought me a bottle of clear. 1 single run later. I felt my wife and I was Mark Wayne Ramsey and Digger from the show everyone knows. I added these 2 row (ground of course) to my recipe The flavor just popped out of my still. Now, I don't drink but this run made me want to pour this in a glass over ice and sit on the front porch in overalls. And, just watch the birds and squirrels. The day before I wrote this review I made my famous BBQ sauce. Now even though it's not the taste I expected, But very close. If you're looking for rye this is what your looking for. I ground all 10 lbs. Store your rye in the freezer. Helps with keeping it fresh. Hope this review helps.

Good grain at a great price.
I caught this Briess 2 row at $8 per 10 pound bag with free shipping, that's full sack prices at 10 pound bag sizes. Even at $15.99 where it is now, $1.50 per pound is cheaper than my local home brew shop until I buy at least 25 pounds. It's great grain, Briess is something of a standard brand, it's wonderful smelling 2 row with a nice color. If you do much home brewing, I urge you to consider this deal, even watch it with camelcamelcamel.com and really save yourself some cash to spend on bulk hops!

smells n taste like fresh malt
made a wheat beer batch with40% white wheat malt 60% of this 2 row malt this 2 row smells and taste great and pretty fresh and it made a good sg wort right where i expected it to be. thanks yall
