Great Product. Highly Recommended.
This product is great. I have used it with two boards and with one board. With two boards I use straps and then walk to the ocean while pulling the boards. But mostly I go alone and take one board. In that case I pull the board behind my bicycle. I find it is best to rest the nose of the board on the bike seat so the seat is taking the weight. I can still sit on the front of the seat without a problem. I usually just hold my paddle in one hand as I bike to the beach. One thing I have learned is to pull the bungee strap tight one you get the board centered and are securing it to the SUP wheels. This keeps the board straight and prevents the wheels from rubbing against the board when you are moving.Customer Service is fantastic. I had a problem with one part more than a year after I purchased the product. I contacted SUP Wheels, got a response within hours, and had a free replacement part in three days, even though I was out of warranty. You can't ask for more than that.

Finally found an easier way to get my board to the beach!
I needed a way to get my paddleboard to the beach without having to carry it the 0.3 miles through the neighborhood, across the boardwalk and across the beach road/beach to the water's edge. This system worked. Glad I purchased the Evolution version that included the handle for me to drag it. ( I can also attach this to my bike if I want to transport it that way, but I haven't tried that yet).It was easy to figure out how to put the board on the wheels and fit the handle to the front. Once i fit it to the board the first time, it didn't need much adjusting to put it back on and it was super simple to take off. I was able to put my paddle, life jacket, towels etc on the board so my hands were free to pull it. I'm short, 5 feet tall, 60 years old, so I found that pulling with both hands behind me was the easiest way to pull it. It rolled perfectly on all surfaces, even through the ankle deep sand. I am so glad I found a system that works!

Expensive & unsuitable for inflatable SUPs
We bought it to transport our inflatables by bike to the beach. First of all the descriptions is misleading—its not suitable for inflatables—you need the wider wheels. Secondly the handle you are supposed to attach to the seats doesn't fit most of the bike seat as it is too tight and the strap slips off easily or there is not enough room to sit (see photos). The manufacturer should come up with a special handle or mechanism, ideally changeable that works perfectly with any seat or come up with a mechanism that can be attached to the bike and the wheels can be easily mounted to it. The assembly manual is also lousy…a little more care with the illustrations and descriptions would go a long way. Lastly, the materials are cheap and the product is very expensive for all ita short coming.

Don't Trus This will Damage Your Board
The product seemed fine and took some time adjusting to fit my board. I walked about 5 blocks to the beach and didn't have any issues the product seemed fine and I had a couple of people with other paddle boards walk up to look at it. When I walked back, loading it the same way, the wheel somehow caught the edge of my brand new board and rubbed against the side near the middle fin and gouged my board. To say I am mad is an understatement! After reading all the reviews it looks like there is some type of issue because I am at least the 5th person to report the same issue!

A puzzle worth solving
There are no assembly instructions other than very cryptic drawings on the box. And the box was not labeled for the product I ordered. The You Tube set-up video does not show how to assemble the frame, wheels, and support strap -- it just shows an assembled unit with a practiced user dropping in their board and riding away. I wrote a strident e mail to the company that was responded to promptly via e mail and telephone. After spending a LOT of time with trial and error adjusting the straps to fit my board, I am very happy with the product - my board remains secure, and my bike is easy to ride and control while wheeling the board on concrete and grass. As a 5'1" person SUP Wheels are essential for me to be able to use a paddle board at all.

Great invention!!
These wheels are sooo awesome. I have a couple blocks to walk to get to my destination, and they work great. If I hit a bump in the sidewalk, the paddle tends to slide a bit, but not a big deal. I am anxious to try pulling with my bike also. I highly recommend these wheels with strap handle.

Bike to beach success
This provides the means for spontaneous trip to the local beach without the burden of paying for parking. Also, if you can leave it set up, a rapid pick up and go. This was not a perfect fit for my board’s tail, which is wide. I just used a bungee cord to assist with that. Looping the handle over the seat works but I find the handle touches my legs. That would need some adjustment for long hauls. I needed to pay attention to my width and to ensure I took wide turns, but overall very pleased with this new trailer.

Not quite as easy as they say
The website for this product makes it sound super easy to use. It's not. While it was easy enough to assemble out of the box (WAYYYY too much packaging, Amazon), it took some serious finagling to get it to work properly with my bike. Prior to finding the "sweet spot" where everything was secured in a way that allowed me to ride my bicycle without the board falling onto the wheel, it slipped several times, resulting in a bad burn on my SUP. Not cool. It took a good 20 minutes to a half hour to get it adjusted properly, and I have to ride with my bike seat at a pretty elevated level, but I've gotten it to work. It's handy if you're not going around tight corners or through narrow openings, but I highly recommend taking the time to get it thoroughly adjusted before taking a longer trek with it. Also, be mindful that you put the cotter pins in the proper position or they and the wheels will fall off. All that said, it is lightweight and does make for a smooth means of transporting a board (mine is a 10'6" SUP that's roughly 36" wide) once you get the hang of setting it up.

Excelente y súper practico
Super fácil de instalar y mega practico. Lo compre pensando usarlo en mi cuatrimoto y la idea funcionó perfecto ya que mi tabla pesa mucho. Un poco caro pero vale la pena por la funcionalidad.

Happy
Used regularly, great that it quickly comes apart for storage on my deck. Haven't attempted to tow with P/bike. Down side didn't read the fine print and get the wrong size (there are 2 sizes), it's a little narrow for my board but still works well and as expected.
