Plastic parts inside
Gorgeous, but has plastic parts inside! Doesn't feel safe to drink boiling water from.

Pretty But Loud
It is a nice kettle, very pretty, but very, very loud when heating up water. I have mine at work on my desk and the entire office knows when I am heating up water. I had a Bella kettle previously and I got rid of it when it got this loud - wish I had kept if had I known how loud this one is. Nice but loud.

Don’t buy if in the UK
Don’t buy if you are in the UK. This kettle is not suitable for use in the UK unless you buy a very expensive voltage converter. I have made contact, twice, with the seller to get a returns note but not getting any response. It was bought as a gift so only put to use when moved to the new house. Amazon UK should ensure a warning notice is added to the sales info to stop this problem
