We bought this as a replacement for an old saucer that broke. We fill it with water and put it out in our yard as a birdbath/waterdish. The song birds, squirrels, and owls love it.A lot of saucers stocked in garden centers these days are flimsy and low-walled. They blow away with strong winds. Hard to find good quality thick ones to be birdbaths. Happy to have found this based on other reviews!

I want to start by saying I didn't buy this for plants. I wanted a sturdy, deep, dish that I could turn into a hanging bird bath and this absolutely met my needs. I got the 11.25" one and it was perfect for what I was doing. Holds enough water for the birds to bathe without being too deep for the itty bitty ones. I found it difficult to find something suitable for this task and was super excited when this tray worked out so well. I liked it so much I bought two more for more bird baths.

I purchased this for a wintertime bird bath so I don’t need to worry about my ceramic saucer freezing and breaking. This was a nice size to provide liquid water on days hovering above 32 degrees. The birds like to perch on the edge. I did put a rock in the middle to keep it from blowing away when the water gets low.

I have a lot of indoor plants and this saucer is sturdy enough to handle moving the plants around and any pet interaction.

Works for what i got it for, which is to use with a 9 inch grower pot. I am not using it for the matching bloem pot. A bit expensive for what it is, but goes the job and seems a bit bigger than i expected.

So far, so good! Love the color since it’s a pretty muted green. Gave up on Clay Saucers for large Plants. They always get broken sooner or later. Seems very sturdy

It was the wrong size and much too small for what I needed

I got these to put underneath those standard 5 gal plastic pots that you get plants in at the nursery. The base of my pots are 9-1/2" and I got the 14" saucers to leave enough room for the water without spilling over on the wooden table/bench they sit on. The fact they they are 2-1/4" deep also keeps the water from spilling over. The raised center circle allows my orchids to get air from underneath. The color and overall quality are good too.
