Absolutely nothing wrong with this case, I got exactly what I paid for so I won't dock any stars, but here's what I didn't like about it:No raised edge on the back so the glass is exactly flush with what ever surface you put it on. If there's even a spec of dust on any table you set this on it will scratch or even crack the back glass I'm guessing.The release notch doesn't lock itself in place, if you happen to push it the right way the back glass will pop off and either fall off or release your phone.The case won't survive drops most likely, this is going to break if you ever drop it on pavement.The case is a bit slick in the hands and slides on fabric surfaces like chairs, legs, or beds.---What I like:It looks sleek, I'm completely confident my phone will survive drops (just not the case)The mesh covers are nice and the buttons feel super clicky (good thing, a TPU case dampens feedback from buttons and feels mushy). The touch capacitive buttons I haven't tested but once the case is on they are flush against the touch buttons so there's no feed back or wiggling from them, I assume it just carries the charge through the buttons so they should be just as responsive.I heard metal cases can ruin reception/Bluetooth but there are notches for signal to get out and I'm having no issues with my connection or Bluetooth.Just depends what you're looking for in a case... While this does look nice and thought it'd be exactly what I wanted... It's day one and I already miss my TPU case (peace of mind for drops) and my old case had a mag safe ring/plate on the back for heat dissipation.To each there own.

Glass backplate Came with bubbles, scratched and smudged immediately and makes setting the phone down on a hard surface feel like it will shatter. The triggers on the side are just cosmetic and flimsy. It fits just fine. Way to expensive for some aluminum and tempered glass. Do not recommend.

Update 03/27/2025: Looks like the side metal vents came off after a small 3ft drop that was softened via attached headphone chord. I also apparently scratched the back glass by putting it in my pocket. Somewhat disappointed with it.Nice looking, easy to use and definitely makes it feel like a premium phone case! I have dropped it twice now (not from super high) and it has held up! I don't think I used the screen protectors because it covered the edges of the screen. People have mentioned service drop but I haven't noticed any noticeable difference. Could be, but not enough for me to notice. I have mint mobile so idk if that makes any difference. Shoulder buttons do feel a little of but I don't use them. Also nice the vents are covered up with a metal grill! The aluminum case also I found helps with heat disapation. Overall the best case for the RedMagic 10 pro+. Other cases are made of plastic so they scratch within a couple of days of use. Not this one, it's glass and aluminum. Note though that the case is not super rigid so be careful not to bend it by using the buttons too hard (I accidentally did that, my fault since I am very rough).

Purchased this for my Redmagic 10 Pro that was purchased from the online Redmagic store:This case is worth it. It's very aesthetically pleasing, makes your phone feel more secure. And THANK YOU for the screen protector that actually doesn't cover the bezels.Speaking of the screen protector, I did think that it was going to be clear because of the advertised pictures, but it does have the black rim around it so it's tricky to align it perfectly to the phone so that it doesn't cover any part of the screen. I would have docked a star for that, but the purchase is primarily for the phone case.The phone case is beautiful, I will say it was a TAD tricky to put the back on and lock it in because there are no instructions or tips given but I got it. The trigger buttons are flimsy but I'm sure that's the point for sensitivity's sake.All in all, beautiful case, and I feel SO confident having my phone around save for the fact that the back is glass. I am VERY clumsy and do drop my phones so I am hoping I don't break it fast 🥲Hope this helps.

He usado un por un tiempo el case y la verdad una decepción total, no cumple las expectativas y siempre supe que el vidrio de atrás era muy frágil, hoy en una caída ligera de aproximadamente 1 metro la parte de atrás quedó completamente destruida.

When the case is on my phone I have no service (I have boost mobile) I've tried taking it off, immediately have service again. Putting it back on, no phone service. The back of the case also cracked while putting it back on the phone.The screen protector that came with the case is also not compatible with the case that came with the phone (it peels it off) so now I have to order a new case and a new screen protector...

If you have a Redmagic phone this is the best case you can get, besides those aluminum ones.Has no front cover so you will need a screen protector.This thing protected my phone for about 4 months before the rear cover fractured, which says a lot since my phone was unscathed. Can take falls quite well and has rubber padding around the insides.Only complaint are the triggers are too soft.

Absolutely love it. Gun metal quality feel. Red metal buttons feel amazing. Does not add weight or bulk to the phone. Lastly it has a metal mesh for the vents. I no longer worry about putting this phone in my pocket. Must have with this phone.
