I purchased this for use on a Bahamas cruise to keep my phone dry in the pool and the ocean. Worked like a charm. I got some great photos and video of my son playing in the onboard water play area and swimming at the beach, including some underwater video. Easy to open and close, and completely water-tight over the course of the four-day cruise. I ditched the mini-stylus pretty much immediately, so I can't speak to how well it works (or doesn't). I had no trouble operating my iPhone 6 plus through the pouch, though swiping up (or down, depending on how the phone is oriented in the pouch) from the edge to get the control panel or notifications was sometimes a little tricky. I recommend this product highly.

Claps for charger broker after 2 weeks, was never able to use switch to turn ringer on/off, had to take case off which was a pain. Trashed it.

The pin come out from ten bottom where the phone charges. Very dissatisfied. No extras. Other then that it’s good

I find this waterproof bag very useful, we are always at the lake and by the pool. Now with this waterproof bag I do not have to worry about my phone getting wet or ruined. It is very easy to use, you push out the pieces in the hard plastic top, then you can easily open the bag. You can put your phone in or in one case I have actually out my camera into the bag. After you have your item put into the bag then you push the plastic pieces back into places and it closes the bag back. I like the little stylus pen that comes with the case too. Phones now days are so expensive, so this item is a must have for me. I haven't had any issues with this item, so I would recommend it to others. Especially if you are around water a lot.

Definitely trustworthy as a waterproof case and very durable, but the plastic over the screen makes it difficult to type or take photos. There is a little nob on the side for muting/unmuting the phone, but I found that difficult to use as well. While talking on the phone, everything sounded normal. I'd recommend it.

The case fell apart the first week. The on and off button broke off and so did the rubber piece to protect the charging end of phone.

Power port broke on case after 3 days of using it and it wasn’t dropped

This is such a great product! It works very well and I completely trust it! I tried it first with the napkin test and it stayed dry so I tried it with my phone and it worked really well!
