not quite heavy duty
These will do the job for you, but they could be thicker and more robust. I had purchased them as a companion band to my Element Fitness Pro-Bands (red and black). The COREFX are thinner and offer less tension. In comparison, I prefer the Element Fitness Pro-Band, but the COREFX will serve as an addition to your home workout needs.
