It's a refill. And it cost the same as a complete one that I got for my son. They didn't have the right flavor for my daughter-in-law so I got this one thinking it was complete. Way too expensive. We opened it so I'm pretty sure I can't send it back.

Tiny plastic straw. Not worth the money.

Ya know, I was shocked how small it is. At first I was a little disappointed. Then I started using it. It's so discreet and truly feels like smoking a vape.As far as the taste, yeah it is subtle. But, I think this is a good thing. Reminds me of sugarless/tasteless cough drops that came out during covid for people that don't want to blanket their mouth with synthetic flavor. Sure, if you're looking for blanketing your mouth with synthetic flavors this isn't for you. Aren't we all trying to quit that, though? Why else would you buy this?Anyway! I recommend this product.

This was an absolute waste of my money. There was no taste, I didn't fully know how it worked, it doesn't come in a tube or anything protecting it. Don't waste your time.

Hard to pull from. Flavor is good, but it’s really tiny. For ten bucks, I wouldn’t buy it again. It’s the size of my pinky finger possibly smaller.
