Excellent grow light. Great coverage. Plenty of power and stays cool. I use this for when I bring my plants inside for the fall and winter. From seeds to full grown plants they all thrive under this light. When I need another grow light I will reorder this again. Buttons are touch sensitive, three lighting modes, and brightness control. I don't use the timer. This powers on at default levels.

Good life for the new grower. Features are easy to use. I like The built-in timer. Good for 3x3 and smaller tent. Iffy on 4x4.

Like the title says, it's great as a light but the timer can hinder things. If the power blips, it shuts off and stays off until you press the 'on' button again. So if something happens while your away you come back to find things shut down, you have to go through a process, and you can't program the time. You have to turn it on at say 6am and then scroll through the hours to run, so if you select 12hr cycle it will turn off at 6pm. It will then turn on/off every 12hrs starting at 6am. If something like accidentally unplug it/power blips happens, it needs to be tuned again and you have to wait for 6am to turn it back on to get things back to normal or risk messing with the cycle. Can't use a plug timer because you have to physically push the 'on' button every time it shuts down. Only automatic on/off unless you use the built-in timer The light, brightness, and the 3 light settings are great, produce great foliage, decent leaf penetration and worth the hassle of the timer. Especially for the price.

Awesome! Works as well or better than advertised. If your looking for this type of full spectrum lighting its a great product at a great price.

I set the timer and the lights will not come on

If possible, i would give the lamp 3.5 *s. This grow light is a good value with its less-than-top-of-the-line Samsung LEDs, coverage area, 10 levels of dimming, and its sturdy feel. However for me and perhaps others there are 2 significant problems. If the lamp loses power or if you just turn it off, all your settings are forgotten and you have reset timer, light type (veg, seedling, bloom), and dimming level. So, you can't have the light on another timer or smart plug. You have to use the built in timer. And that's the second issue. to set that timer you have to turn the lamp on at the exact time you wish it go on and then set how many hours it should remain on. you can't just say "Turn on at 6:00 am and off at 6:00 pm". Nope you have to be awake and ready to go at 6 am to set the timer. Just a very poor user interface. When I contacted the vendor with these issues, the response was basically, this is the way it works, so.... These may not be a problem for you and if so, it's a pretty good buy.

Enough light for 2 plants. The easy timer settings save me a huge headache transitioning from veg to flowering. Set & forget until time to water or adjust the hight, that is also easy with the pully system!

Don’t use it you are growing a high value plant that is very dependent upon day / night cycle for flowering!

Arrived on time and work great

This is quite awkward. The panel itself is really well made, and folds up nicely for storage. That being said, the timing function is inefficient, I am also doubting whether the specs listed are accurate as my plants got leggy at the suggested height for the claim of said specs. aka, don't think the lights put out what they say they do for a 3x3 tent. More like a 2x2, still useful to me but that may effect others' decision. Even with the current coupon I think the price is pretty steep for something that delivers 2/3 or what it promises and considering it doesn't have a proper timing function.

So, there are a few things to like about this light, including the fact that it folds up pretty well, which can be great if, like me, you only use it 3 months a year or so. It also seems pretty efficient lighting wise when I compare it to

These work very well. They're quite reasonable in the amount of waste heat they emit, and it's not enough to make me worry about safety on them. They seem to provide a good full spectrum, and my first crop which grew under them has performed very well, and I'm happy with the results. They use approximately the amount of power they're rated for and they're easy to set up and hang, and quite versatile in the ways it can be used. Easily provides light for the size it's rated for. Still working as good as when i got it after a full season.

I enjoy growing vegetables from seed and have some DIY grow Lights, However, they don't provide the needed spectrum for all growing stages. My plants sometimes get spindly, so I needed a new, more powerful grow light. I show this grow light in my video! After opening and inspecting this large grow light is very well made, the light panels/LED arrays are solid aluminum and the electrical control box is well designed with control touch buttons and an LCD Display. The water-resistant cables in/ out of the electrical box have liquid-tight connectors and the power cord is three-prong and 5 feet Long. The light panels fold out using steel hinges that are quite stiff so they won't close up. The touch buttons control modes are flowering, bloom, and vegetation, there are 10 brightness levels, and the LCD -display is bright and easy to read. The light panels are coated with a thick resin, and a mixture of quality LED chips to provide the full spectrum. This larger grow light comes with hanging accessories including steel cables and a carabiner with an adjustable rope pulley. I installed the light over a 4x8-foot table and was quite impressed when I turned it on, this lamp is very bright even when turned down it provides tons of light, and the light output looks great! All the light settings have a nice hue different from budget LED lamps or chips. I'm testing the lamp out with my pepper plants on 50% and the plants seem to be happy! When I plugged this grow light into my power station to get an idea of the wattage consumption, 20% = about 20 watts, and so on with 100% drawing about 100 watts. 25-30 LED watts per foot is a good range for plants and this lamp provides the needed wattage. This 23.4'' x 11.8 inch grow light should work well for my pepper plants in a 4x4 foot space until planting in spring! The lights have been running for days now without issues and the timer works well it comes on every day at the same time and runs for the desired time. I'm getting a jump start by overwintering my pepper plants and replanting them in spring. I don't want to give the peppers too much light so I'm trying different light levels, when February comes I will be using this light for the seedlings as they need lots of brightness and wattage output this will be an awesome upgrade! As for improvements, when the lamp is hanging from the four corners with the included cables it sags slightly, I may add a cable to the center to straighten the lamp, but I don't mind as this is a nice grow lamp! This is a well-made grow lamp with hanging accessories, steel cables, a carabiner, and multiple features the LCD is bright and easy to read, perfect for a 3x3 or 4x4 grow setup during the cool months or to keep larger plants happy over winter. I'm pleased to have this powerful grow lamp to improve my indoor growing system, I'm giving it 5 Stars.
