This is my second bottle of these, I hope Hydroxycut keeps making this product forever. It has helped me lose 25lbs! Keep in mind, it *helped* me, it didn’t lose the weight for me. I still have to eat correctly and diet and work out, drink TONS of water, etc. I feel these are best when taken exactly as the bottle says, with tons of water about a half hour before you eat. I can’t quite describe what they feel like other than I think they taste good, and after I take them I don’t feel the need to snack or overeat like I used to. It TRULY has helped curb my appetite when I use them as directed on the bottle. I use them 1-2 times a day as I only eat that much, I can’t eat during the day at work (long story and personal problem). It has never affected me, doesn’t cause me to gain or lose. What causes me to gain is overeating at night when I am super stressed. That happens a lot more than it should. These help me not be nearly as snacky feeling or hungry overall and I get a little rev and pick-me-up feeling without any caffeination. I can still go to sleep when it is time to, no problems even if I take these at night. The key is drinking a ton of water with this and doing normal diet/exercise. This has been an incredible tool that has bridged the gap between dieting/suffering and healthy lifestyle/satisfaction. Yes, I consider it dieting but I know I am changing my habits and these are helping me to have the willpower I’ve never had on my own.

The gummies looked okay, tasted fine. I took three an hour before breakfast per the instructions and it seemed to be working. But the second dose I took made me feel so light-headed I thought I was going to pass out. Luckily I was at home and didn't need to drive anywhere. At this point, I wasn't sure if it was the gummies. But this was the only thing I had done differently. Thinking maybe the dosage was too high, the next morning I only took one. Again I felt dizzy and weak. Later I dumped out the bottle on the counter and found all the wet slime all the other reviewers complained about. If you thought this was going to give you loads of energy think again. They basically ruin your whole day by making you too sleepy to do anything. I guess that's how people lost weight. It makes you too tired to walk to the fridge, let alone cook a meal.

I bought the 2 pack since there are only 60 gummies per bottle and you are supposed to take 6 a day. I'm going to answer the questions I had prior to taking a chance on this item. -How do they taste? Personally I think they don't taste like gummy bears or worms, they tast like those fruit snack gummy bites people pawn off on their kids because they have a cartoon character on the front. Not the worst flavor, a mixed berry for sure. As a person who doesn't like fruit roll ups or fruit bites in a pouch I can say they are not that bad. -Will I eat them like candy? I don't think they are enough like candy to make me want them nonstop. -How many a day? I take 2 at 7a, 2 between 11-12, and then ONLY if I'm starving at 3 or 5 will I take 2 more. I wanted to make them last. -Will it make me jittery or give me heart palipitations? So far I have not had any ill reactions from this product, including the restroom kind. No naseau or otherwise. No bad burps,either. -Can I sleep??!! As you can see from the punctuation this is pretty important to me. I have not had any trouble even when taking these at 5pm being ready for bed at 9:30 and having a normal night's sleep WITHOUT weird dreams. -Will it curb my appetite? I have found that yes, these curb my appetite allowing me to push my meals back farther by having 2 gummys but I have a hard time with no snacks, so I have something healty like fruit, a cheese stick, or a small yogurt. -Will I lose weight? it's really hard to tell if these are the cause of my few pounds (<5lbs) dropped or the combo of weight/interval training, reduced calories, plus HC Gummys. I'm going with the combination. -"Will my child eat them?" This is not so important to me. My son is 14. I said, "These are mine. They are not vitamins." He replied with an OK and we were good to go. Plus if I had a child who would eat them I wouldn't put them within reach. The cap is similar to a headache childproof push-and-turn to open. So, as you can see this isn't a recommendation nor am I trying to disuade you from purchasing these. NOTES: *they smell somewhat strange and can leave the scent on your hands until washing *one package seemed to have softer gummys, the other not hard like juju bees but more firm. *I recommend the 2 pack based on length of time to possibly see results vs number of gummys per bottle. *I am considering adding 2 of these in the evening after using a different product (Maybe regular Hydroxycut) during the day since I wake up at 5am and these do not seem to affect my sleep cycle.
