Among many other formulas available, this one is excellent. Easy to apply especially with a lip brush. No strong fragrance, no burning, dries down quickly yet there is time to apply evenly. Best part is this formula is BRILLIANT as a base coat. Other lipstick formulas or balms or gloss are lovely as a top coat. The more slippery lipsticks wear far better when there is a drier product applied first. The first coat does last, does not rub off easily. When needed, a facial cleanser or bar soap with a cloth removes all color. The price is most agreeable at $10.00. And no excessive packaging. Just the container and safety seal tape.

Love this color! I have these in both Knee High and Current Mood. Both look fabulous I love them both. Really like the buildable color. Yes they are a bit tacky feeling on the lips but they are very long lasting and very little transfer after dried. I love the velvety feel application and matte color. Some reviews mentioned the formula was too drying but I completely disagree. For a matte lip color its not drying at all. Highly recommend, and the price point cant be beat!

The color is straight-up amazing—especially for people of color. This stuff lasts longer than my willpower during a Netflix binge and doesn’t rub off. I made the rookie mistake of trying it on at night and woke up with the color still going strong—and not a trace on my pillowcase. Talk about commitment! Yeah, it’s a little sticky, but listen, I survived the sticky lip gloss era. A little chapstick on top, and boom—I’m good to go.

I love this product. It's a long-wearing formula but it's not super drying (a little drying, but that's expected -- but it doesn't get gross). It's the only lipstick I've found that doesn't rub off on my Invisalign. When I go to remove it at night, it's somewhat faded but evenly faded so it never looks bad.FYI I'm a House of Colour Spring and the colors I wear are July Forever (red), Petalcore (pink), and Coquettish (dark coral) -- all three points of red. Petalcore is the first warm pink lipstick I've ever found that doesn't turn blue-pink on my lips.

Absolutely lovely shade of pink for every day wear. Definitely not long lasting . Good color , however it dries out lips in few minutes of applying.I have used other mayelline lipsticks ( superstay and vinyl ink ) .This one is no where close to long lasting as them . I would like this exact shade in vinyl ink glossy feel .I wouldn’t recommend this product as it dries out lips and makes it sticky weird feeling.Simply lovely color , I wish they get the formula right for long lasting and smooth, glossy/ moisturizing lips .

Just wanted to share my thoughts on this product I recently tried. I really like it! The color "skinny dip" is absolutely gorgeous. It stays on for a long time, just as described on the site. The only downside for me is that after a few hours, it can leave my lips feeling a bit dry. Overall though, I'm loving it!

To me, this product feels/performs like the Revlon Colorstay lipsticks. The way this has been talked about, I thought it was different but it feels/works the same, just more sticky and dewy. Whereas Colorstay would dry down and absolutely parch my lips, this will remain more pliable. I like the doe-foot applicator because I prefer a sheer look, and when this goes on there is still time to press your lips together and distribute the tint before it dries down. I don't love the feeling, but I usually wear nothing but lip balm so I got this for special occasions when I want some lip color. I got Kneehigh, which is a great neutral brick color for pale skin. Not too red, not too pink - my lips but better.

It’s got a weird goopy consistency. It stays a little sticky and after a few hours of wearing gets patchy. I do like the softer look this gives, and it does stay better than most soft colored lip colors. I didn’t prep my lips at all so maybe that’s why it has a weird texture. I got July forever, and it’s not very red. I also have baby tee which looks like my natural lip color. I prefer July forever out of the 2.
