Excellent choice. I cannot tolerate the aftertaste of any other sugar substitute. None. As for Allulose - this is the best price I have found anywhere.

This product is a Lego game changer!
Erythritol is good but there's no escaping the taste. All goose is a game changer. It does taste and cook like sugar. It does clump easier but also easier to break up with little effort. This came through in fine style, well packed and is crying to be used! It will be.

Probably the best sweetner
While most sweetner isn’t ideal, this has no funky taste and acts like sugar. I use it for muffins and other baked goods, you have to use more of it. Maybe 1.5 cups instead of 1 cup of sugar. It’s expensive, I can’t use it for everything.

Nice mellow sugar taste
