Very good product!
We received it, started baking and...we are very happy that we did not save money, but bought what we needed. This is a wonderful device. I will not list all the advantages, I will just say that there is a huge saving of time when baking cakes, etc., which is simply amazing.

Shabbily built for the price, failed after only a year.
We have a Cadco OV-23 which has been in service in our brewery kitchen since February 11th, 2015 (originally purchased in November 2014, but in the box until we opened our brewery.)Just over a year has gone by since we put the oven in service and the product has failed. We have been told that the warranty doesn't include the failed parts and it would cost hundreds of dollars to fix it.Seems like a pretty shabbily built product for $1,100 if it's going to fail after one year of light use (we cook meat pies in the oven).I was going to purchase a second oven for our second taproom, but won't be doing that now. It's an expensive paper weight now. Buyer beware.

Poor door gasket quality
The gasket of this oven isn't last long, overall it's a good product, they have to improve this part.Oven is running 8 hours a day. That should help the future buyers :)

long time user, overall pleased
I've owned & used every day for nearly 10 years in a commercial setting and, while things such as fan motors & thermostat have occasionally croaked, it's been a good oven. I'd buy another today if I needed to.

GARBAGE product: worse in EVERY WAY than a consumer oven
TLDR: I would rather cook using the heat of a car dash than ever buy another Cadco product. I would rather walk to Ireland and haul peat back to the USA in a rowboat to cook over an open flame than spend my money on a Cadco product. I would rather curl my body around whatever I wanted to eat for days on end to cook it with my own body heat than ever use another Cadco product.Do. Not. Buy.It came out of the box broken, the fan was LITERALLY not connected at the factory. (There was apparently a *huge* set of them that left their factory like this). This prevented the oven from going over ~100 degrees, and kept tripping the overheating-fuse. (heating in the back was not getting to the actual cooking area). It's louder than a jet engine, rattles so hard that trays LITERALLY fall onto the floor if you leave the oven open for more than 5 seconds. We have been dealing with the manufacturer for SIX MONTHS to get this resolved. Cadco sent us to (permanently!) closed repair facilities an HOUR AWAY, had people sent out to look at it, had people take it into their shops. THIS IS STILL BROKEN!We have OVER THIRTY emails back and forth with the manufacturer, who ADMITS IT CAME OUT OF THE BOX BROKEN, but who says that once the shipping box is opened, the oven is "in used condition" so they won't refund the item.An excerpt from one of the many, many emails, none of which get responded to for usually a week or more:"The constant and unending back and forth, with no updates until I call or email and ask for them every single time -even when calls or emails have been explicitly promised- has been frustrating beyond words. I cannot afford to have a piece of equipment like this out of commission for a third of a year at a time. I can't trust your organization, nor your equipment to be quickly repaired or depended upon. Your ovens may generally be reliable pieces of equipment, but your organizational structure makes them absolutely undependable. This is why I am asking for my money back."I paid for an item that came out of the box with the motor disconnected and with multiple other issues. After many hundreds of dollars worth of repairs, and multiple trips back-and-forth to repair facilities the oven still does not work correctly. Please do not insult my intelligence by trying to say that this was some sort of shipping issue. As soon as I originally began speaking with somebody from your organization they immediately knew that there was a whole batch of ovens that went out from your factory without the motor connected. That was one of several problems with this oven when it was delivered."I paid money for a brand new, working, oven. The reseller that I purchased this item from did nothing wrong. They delivered exactly the item that you shipped to them. They're not interested in refunding me for an item that is a manufacturing defect. That's why I'm talking to you."Are you telling me that you -as the "Director of Sales"- do not have authority to refund this defective item? If that's the case, which I find shocking, please direct me to whoever it is that you report to so that I can get this useless item out of my space. We have already purchased a new, highly dependable, excellent oven from another vendor."
