Worth the few extra bucks to do it right.
My old screen was misbehaving. I could sometimes revive by pressing firmly in the center. Eventually, I had to press so hard it shattered the glass panel. So, I bought this replacement kit. It's a complete kit with the correct adhesive tape, razor blade (you need one), and spare memory battery. It come very well packaged and arrived in about a week, despite the enormous shipping window of 1-4 weeks for delivery they claim.I have some technical and repair abilities, and I'm somewhat handy with tools. If you cannot make that claim, I would recommend you get a good technician to do the install. You'll need to delicately remove about a dozen ribbon-clip connectors that will damage easily if you use too much force. If you're still reading this, be prepared for about 2 hours of work at a careful pace. Hint, look up the youtube video and watch it before you buy this, and watch it again and go step-by-step as you follow along.Nobody mentions this, but you may want to remove and re-install your internal memory after you do the screen install. I got an error message (scared me) upon my first reboot. I popped out the memory card, waited a minute, and pushed it back in and the error code went away. The keyboard now works well again, and is ready for duty back in the studio,Why did I buy this one? Well, it's supposedly the correct, original part. I had some idea before purchasing that if there was any difference in an off-brand cheapo part, I could have paid a high price in terms of having to deal with a bad fit or a poor function. I didn't want to risk that to save a few bucks. Good luck to you. If you're here, I know you could probably use a kind word or two.

What EXACTLY are you getting here? I'll tell you. Touchscreen fixed and we are back in business...
My KORG M3 touch screen failed and I couldn't calibrate the top right and lower left regions of the touchscreen. When I Googled this, I found the KORGUSA unofficial forum with info about the touchscreen failing and talk about replacement and repair options.I saw this KIT on Amazon and ordered, figuring if I couldn't fix it, I'd then send it out. Let me save some bank and see what I could do on my own. This KIT is awesome. It comes with.....Double stick tape.Razor BladeReplacement ScreenReplacement Battery (nice!)Wipe clothYour receipt details the sellers website and where to go for extra sounds and a PDF step-by-step guide to the repair. It's easy enough to follow and I knew to group all the screws together with a little note on where they came from. The good news is that it's easy work, the bad news is that you are basically disassembling the M3 to get to the screen. You need two Phillips head (+ sign at the tip) screw-drivers. I mostly used the big one to reassemble. The small one was handy in a few places. The M3 works great and we are back in business.

I lost and I am not satisfied with what happened ...
Unfortunately I did not take advantage of the piece and there is no communication with the seller ... He has told me that it can be installed on the Korg X3 but all nonsense ... I wish to be honest with the customer and answer questions clearly ..I lost and I am not satisfied with what happened ...

Worked Great, no quality problems
My original LCD touch display was not allowing the selection of some menu items. I found some YouTube videos for replacing the LCD display. Subsequently, I found this replacement LCD display. It is a quality unit and also has the correct thin bezel tape to allow perfect replacement. Overall I am quite happy with the results. I would say that the process is quite detailed and you must be very organized and careful during the replacement procedure. If you are not accustomed to electronics assembly, or are not good with your hands, i would recommend having someone else do the replacement. I would buy this again.

Worked as advertised.
I had the Korg M3 death of a touchscreen issue where I could not calibrate. The procedure for replacing it was pretty straight forward.[...]While you have it opened up, replace the cmos battery as well. The only thing this product lacked was the foam double stick tape to adhere it to the LCD. I purchased 3m double stick foam tape from Walgreens $5, and trimmed it to fit. I now have my M3 back and running. Yeah!

Worked Perfectly
My Korg M3's touch screen had become very sporadic. Some spots responded one day and not the next. At first I thought it was the keyboard itself dying on me. It's about 10 years old. I found some YouTube videos and forums that said this was a common issue. I even found videos that showed how to do the replacement myself. I didn't have the guts to do it myself but I did find a certified Korg repair person to do it for me. She had it done for me in a couple of days. My M3 works perfectly again. Now I don'the have to buy a $4,000 Kronos 😀

Very seldom am I as pleased with a purchase as I am this screen replacement
When I did a search for M3 problem ... screen kits were the first things that came up ... so I guess it is a common thing. This repair kit was easy to install. Instructions were sufficient. As per usual, I numbered the screws in groups and marked where they went on the board with the same number with a red sharpie. Take your time. Take pictures of each step and make notes. I assembled and when tested the contrast knob didn't work. I took off enough screws and pieces to get to the plug that I had missed in the reassembly process. I put it back together and it works beautifully. If I had known it was this easy I would have looked for a repair kit many years ago. This screen repair kit is absolutely a great value to fix your M3 touch screen problem.

Prompt replacement and great product
The screen was faulty and did not work as expected. I requested a replacement and that got delivered promptly. Great professionalism shown by the seller. I replaced the faulty screen on M3 and it started functioning as expected. Though fairly new replacement, but it looks great.
