TAMASHII NATIONS S.H. Figuarts Super Saiyan Gotenks Dragonball

SH figure arts makes great figures! My son loves them for stop motion films!

Love this gotenks. Besides people complaining about the face falling off ( you really need to be playing with it OR trying to get an intricate pose for it to fall off) this figure is fantastic. There’s a minor difference in color on the chest piece but it’s normal, these pieces were done from different material base colors so there’s a slight difference, but once in display it’s not even noticeable. If the face falling off bothers you try using tamiyas thin cement or super glue and put some where the joints connect and let it dry before putting them together (you don’t want to not be able to change the faces) this will make the connections tighter and it’ll stay on. You can do this on figures with loose joints (YouTube it). Overall tamashii is doing an amazing job on these, quality on sculpting and paint job keeps improving!

Throughout the years I have collected the majority of DBZ figuarts. When it came to Gotenks I was a little hesitant though. I had heard that the paint apps were not up to par with previous entries and that the face plates tended to be a little loose. On top of that, Gotenks was simply not one of my favorite characters.With that said, I'm really glad I purchased this figure! I experienced none of the complaints that I read about. In fact he really stands out on the shelf. The colors look great and the shading on the pants is some of the best I've seen in a long time. The accessories he comes with can be displayed in a very neat and organized way (some times I find that accessories just take up too much space). I also found that this figure scales well with other characters from the line. He is small enough to look appropriate next to other figures while being big enough to have enough of a presence on his own. I would regret letting this one slip by.

Before purchasing this figure I looked at reviews that had a lot of negative things regarding Gotenks and the figures head articulation. This figure gets a lot of slack because it apparently has an articulation problem that makes his face fall off. However, I purchased the figure anyways, and don’t regret it. The figure does have a problem with the face, but it’s very minor and only happens when the face is turned in an unnatural way anyways. This figure comes with a stand, and a galactic donut. This already adds to the figures cool characteristics. The figure also has good articulation pretty much everywhere, he is a small DBZ character so I thought that would limit his ability to move, but it didn’t. The coloring of the figure is also very good. The only thing I noticed about the paint is that Gotenk’s chest does look a different color than the rest of his skin because there is a different colored plastic that’s been painted over. This is a problem, but it’s a minor problem as well. Ultimately, I highly recommend the figure to DBZ fans, but if minor problems like the chest paint and head articulation will bother you, then stay away.

The toy is really good but the head piece falls off so easy. I would buy it it is just the head but over all it's a good toy.

Good for an S.H. Figuarts, but lacking the quality of many others in its face mounting pressure, falls off easily and is only beaten by Square Enix's poor attempt at toy sora, which's head falls off entirely.

This was definelty value for money. Its a great figure. I have almost the whole dragon ball s h figuarts line so it goes well with the rest of them thank you

Figura muito, mas muito bonita e já é uma das que mais gosto desta coleção SH Figuarts Dragon Ball. Item recheado de acessórios e vem até base. Fora a perfeição da figura. A escala não é 100% fiel a obra original, como os outros personagens crianças, ao meu ver. Mas não prejudica na nota.Já sobre o vendedor, gostei muito. Entrega muito ágil!! Obrigado.

El único fallo es al que todos hacen mención, la cara de le cae fácilmente. Ya la estabilidad es cuestión de encontrarle la pose como a todas las figuras
