A problem with a glass it cracked should be using with a very good paraffin because it will smoke up a lot with any oil base don't use this indoors not quite as big as I thought. but it did the job can't really complain

Its built pretty solid. I wouldnt buy it again though. All the latches are a bit like monkey metal. Filling is awkward. Burning is good, but because its a big wick, it smokes excessively, so dont use it indoors.

Leaking like a sive gasket is next to rubbish will have to pull apart and start again as with all its faults I quite like it

Very cozy little fire. It burns nice and adds good light and heat. Using paraffin oil it can be used indoors in small areas too. Great piece for a campervan 😀

This is a fun toy that also serves a function. You can 100% warm up water on it. I’ve warmed up a half a gallon at a time numerous times.. I really enjoy the adjustability of the flame so I can control the water temperature if I just want to maintain a pot of warm or hot water. The paraffin oil uses a bit expensive. It works really well and produces both light and heat.. You cannot leave it on its side if there is oil in it, it will leak. If you set it up, you should not be moving it around.. this is a great emergency item, but I don’t know if I’ll be taking a camping. It’s pretty fuel efficient. You can get maybe an hour or two if it’s full, depending upon how high the flame is. I think it’s really enjoyable to look at and I’m certainly glad I got it. It’s another guy geek thing. Kind of cool looking and functional.

Tolles Produkt, immer ein hinsehen wert. Die Qualität ist erstaunlich gut und stabil. Ersatzglas und Docht sind kein Problem. Heizleistung ist in der Größe natürlich etwas gering, aber man merkt es wenn er benutzt wird. Zum erwärmen von Kaffee oder Tee , kein Problem. Auch warmhalten ist möglich. Habe das Teil für das Camping gekauft und im Vorzelt benutzt. Auch optisch sieht er sehr gut aus. Wir werden immer wieder darauf angesprochen. Mit dem guten Petromax Alkan befeuert, riecht man fast nichts von Petroleum. Das ist ein sehr gutes Gerät. Kochen werden wir natürlich noch probieren…! Kompliment an den Chinesischen Hersteller.

This is an amazing little stove, light and heater. It is just right for when I want a fire but not a full wood stove fire. That’s how we heat our farmhouse. I was surprised by the amount of heat generated. It’s just enough to knock off the chill. A full tank of paraffin oil burning at a medium flame lasted 3 hours and boiled a full kettle. Keep in mind— only use a pot or kettle that you would put on an open flame. This gets hot enough it will crack ceramic pots even on a low setting. I waited a year before purchasing this stove. It was worth the wait. Odorless. Sturdy construction. No leakage though the tank is not sealed. Functional and compact.

This thing is really cool. Haven't used it yet, as it's just arrived. I can see myself using this while camping, I'll use my mess kit, bento box to cook small snacks and meals for myself, enjoy the ambiance of the fire, roast a few marshmallows, why not. It's easy to open latches, secures well,,like the brass details, came with a wick already in the stove and an extra wick. Nice touch, I appreciate that.
