This is a great product. I love that it is simple ingredients. The flavor is good! I lend it in my maitamic with unsweet almond milk. It is perfect,filling and gives me good energy. The 8 oz shake I make in the morning lasts for about 4 hours before my lunch meal.~ I am glad to have found this brand. The plant based shakes have way too many ingredients for me and make be bloated and gassy. This is not a product for Vegans. Should be obvious,but some people don't know what whey is...lol.
