I am loving the taste and effectiveness of this product! When I feel the need of electrolytes I take one packet and I immediately feel like renewed, like I can focus again without feeling the depletion of energy levels.

Yes, this product is salty. It's supposed to be. That's the nature of an electrolyte powder, it's going to add salt to replenish the electrolytes you may be missing or losing through activity. I very much appreciate that this powder actually uses sugar, and not Stevia, or any of the artificial sweeteners that I cannot stand in most of the other electrolyte products. The watermelon flavor is fruity, although I do tend to add a squeeze of lemon to kinda help balance it out and it gives it almost a watermelon Margarita feel to it in my opinion, which makes it even more palatable.

I started a 6 day a week workout and needed these little packets to help replenish my electrolytes. I loved the flavor, and it was exactly what I had expected. There is a hint of watermelon and mint and that salty taste as well. I have used rehydration and electrolyte replacements before, and they all have a salty taste! I only used one packet a day and felt that was plenty.

I've tried a lot of electrolyte powders, so I'm surprised when people don't like that they're "salty." That's the whole point of them! I actually really like the watermelon flavor of this one. Watermelon and salt are known to be a great combination and that's definitely proven here. I like that it has real sugar in it (though only 5 grams) as I much prefer a little bit of real sugar to artificial sugar. I've been mixing a packet of this with water after I run (generally 5K runs) and do think it's helping me a lot, especially when I've been sweating a lot. I'd definitely try this brand again!

Because of the electrolytes, this was like a cross between a mojito and a salt-rimmed margarita. Either way, with iced water, it was quite refreshing. This flavor profile isn’t very common, so that’s part of the reason I acquired it anyways. If the value is there, it’s actually a great option.
