I had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in this product today, ended up in the hospital. Today was the first day I opened the medication and took it for the first time, but the product is non re turnable and non refundable. So, I lost $20.00 on a product I can't use. I don't have any know food allergies except mango and papaya makes my throat itchy. But that's it.

I know that to potentially lengthen telomeres naturally, focus on a healthy lifestyle that includes a balanced diet rich in antioxidants, regular exercise, stress management techniques, and adequate sleep. I have starteded doing these things about three months ago. I figure by taking the supplement will assist me with my goals along with my lifestyle change. I have only been taking the supplement for about a month now. I will need to keep taking the supplement for another month or two to give a real analysis, but I can say that I feel great. I suspect it's a combination of my lifestyle change and the supplements.
