great product with good price. what else to ask for

Walkie’s are junk. We ordered 4 for our grandson’s. Within 2 weeks a charger stopped working. Then 3 weeks later one of the batteries blow up. Company makes it right but one of the new walkies doesn’t work. Can’t replace cause we already request a return. So we can only get a refund.

I was looking for a walkie talkie for my friend and I, and i bought these. I had to by a extra pack of two walkie talkies later because the batteries, after a while got killed, but that was because I had them on 24/7 for like a month. The sound quality is good, but could be better, I can hear what the other person is saying but, if its windy it is a little hard to make out what the other person is saying. It is very easy to use, and it's very durable. This walkie talkie has fell off and accidentally rolled over by a bike and countless times and still worked! The reason this product gets 4 stars is because the connection is very poor and even though they say the range goes to a mile, it really only goes half a mile and it gets static after a quarter of a mile. But if you are just biking around and you don't want to yell for someone to hear you this is a great buy. And if you are wondering, no it is not water proof, if i gets left out in the rain its done for. Overall I think this is a great buy if you are hiking or biking!
