What's the minimum wrist circumference on these? I have very small wrists and struggle with securing conventional wrap wrist straps tightly enough.

These have been the best for my small wrists to be honest. I’m 5ft and about 7st so have very small wrists. I’ve tried all sorts as well so hopefully that helps you.

Are you just wrapping it around the bar using velcro to secure it?
