Love this product. One tip to user don’t start with the blow dryer put it down slowly and then blow dry it. As it will warp a little if you blow dry a part that is not down yet. Hard to explain but it’s super easy to apply and looks great!!!

It looks so great. It also has a nice texture. It was easy to install. It is peeling slightly at the bottom of the unit that I covered but that may be from regular wear and tear.

Install was smooth enough, until the backing tore and stayed stuck in the middle, but it came out alright in the end. If you aren’t trying to use the entire thing to cover something without any seams, I’m sure it would go much smoother. Pretty close match to our dark stained mahogany (the close up image shows the woodwork on the left, middle is the wood frame we bought, and on the right is this product). I did wish I’d bought two rolls, as it was not light proof with just one layer, and they did not appear to have matching patch tape. The tape we bought was a bit more on the purple side. But I still think we made a decent diy door for significantly less than buying a custom-made, undersized, not-even-90-degree-corners, closet door for our 110+ year old house that was apparently built without the use of t-squares and measuring tape.

Excellent product. Wish is was also available in 17" width. Looks like real wood and grain texture hides some of the minor imperfections in the underlying surface.
