Low sugar, organic, tastes good
Tastes good and although it's technically an ultra processed food, there are many worse things you can eat.

good quality but taste could be better
I really like this brand because it's not full of fillers and funky additives but the taste of vanilla in Vanilla Crisp formula is a bit lacking. Light on the the vanilla extract but overall the taste is appealing, just very subtle.

Get it, you won’t regret
I am pre diabetic and was having difficulty finding a cereal without sugar, this one tastes very good, I love it, the price on Amazon is half the price of the markets

No sugar added, but doesn't make a difference to me
As a diabetic, I'm often looking for foods that will help me keep my blood sugar under control. I decided to try this out and well I've had mix results. First off, this does not have added sugars, but please note it does say it is sweetened with date abstract of some sort...and well dates will raise your blood sugar a lot. I've tried numerous portions, 1 cup, etc my blood sugar still spikes. The taste is ok, a bit plain but I'm ok with that, but like I said it doesn't help me in my blood sugar so I will need to look elsewhere. It just spikes it too much too fast. I'm tried other foods (oatmeal, rye, etc) and those typically do not rise my blood sugar so fast as it does this. So is this a good option for diabetics? Maybe if the portions are very small, but for me it didn't help me. I'm not saying this is a diabetic food, it isn't really listed as such, but you should know this in case you are looking for alternatives to regular cereal. As for pricing it's pretty decently priced. 3.5/5 stars.
