I don't normally write reviews, however I can't not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks. But first, In review of the product itself, which is the 'Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand'. This is my first 'frother' purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA - not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This 'Executive' one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.) I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn't start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer 'Service' with other companies, I didn't really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive. My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours! I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item. Enjoy!

This item started out good, but after 24 months, it just stopped working. I tried new batteries without success. I called the customer service number listed on the item, twice. Each time I was put on hold saying I was next in line and after an 8 minute wait was hung up on both time. Guess item only has a 2 year life span!!

One of the best products I've purchased, it's simple and easy to use, and takes no time at all to froth. The directions that come with it advises to not use half and half, but I found it to work fine using half and half. I even added liquid Stevia and vanilla extract to it before frothing. Had some of the best iced coffee, as well as hot coffee with a wonderful sweet froth on top. My only critique is I had a hard time getting the batteries in.

This is a nice little frother, but it’s not built to last very long. Within a couple of weeks, the blade fell out of the main body. I put it back in with Superglue but it never worked the same. After a week or so, the blade came out again and I just held it in place with my finger nail. Finally, the plastic housing for the blade broke apart and it won’t spin, even though the motor is spinning like a mad machine😝. It’s not a bad little frother but make sure to take real good care of it. Even so, for the price it’s worth it, but plan on buying one that will last much longer. Btw, we used it a lot, perhaps too much. We drink lots of coffee with MCT and make healthy drinks. Maybe if you use it sparingly it’s worth it. ***This is an honest review of this product, but I want to give a follow up review. The makers of this product contacted me and wanted to make things right without asking for anything in return. They didn’t ask for a new review or a change to the original one. They absolutely made everything right for me as a customer. I’ve waited a couple weeks to add this addendum so I could test the product again. It has performed wonderfully! I would like to say that this company is excellent in customer support. They gave me another opportunity to try this unit and I am very happy with it. I have given them an extra star for just this reason. If you’re looking for a frother WITH excellent customer support, this is the one. They back their item up with no questions asked. Please support this business. It’s not very often in this day and age that you do business with people like this. Thank you so much for your customer support and for the opportunity to try your product again.

Ive had this thing forever and it still works perfectly. I love using it to make cold foam for my coffee and tea and it comes out perfectly every time. My parents even started using it to mix their creamer in their coffee lol.

Works nicely for my purpose.Not sure about mixing thick mixtures. Like that it is slim & take up little room. Being battery is nice don’t have to worry about outlet or to charge. Is portable to take

Great quality. Had another one for years amd decided to get a new one for home and bring the old one to work. Durable, high quality, mixes and frothy well, high powered, battery operated, stylish look, Great value for the money.

Compacto y muy práctico.

It was great tool for blending my morning coffee. Downside needed replacement 2 x AA batteries every month, depending on how often you use it. The nice feature is you can hold the blending power but it was only 1 speed. Then after 6 months, the thing broke down after swapping in fresh batteries.
