Bigger than I expected because they're plastic full of something rater than plastic coated metal. So their longevity might be in question. Still at the price they do the job and do it well so I can't complain.

These are a solid set of weights, bigger than I expected them to be but they do the job. They arrived very quickly and I've got a lot of use out of them. They're great for supplementing my workout when I'm not at the gym.They also come with a set of sample exercises, great for someone just getting started.

MuscleSquad's dumbbells seem really good value for money. It may just be my imagination but they seem noticeably more comfortable to use compared to dumbbells I've had in the past.

Gave it 4 stars because they were bought as a present but they looked like just what they were looking for
