This is a quality Calcium/D3/K2 dietary supplement. It is sourced from plant based materials making it vegan friendly. There are a few discrepancies between the webpage and the bottle but I attribute that to typos from marketers. This is a product of India. Since the supplement is a MUCH higher percentage of what the recommended daily allowance is, I highly suggest that you consult with your physician before taking.

I don't think this product is safe after reading medical recos which state that D3 consumption > 50 mcg which is 2000 IU should be monitored.Even if you break 1 tablet in half you would still be consuming 300mcg which is = 12000 IU.Studies show too much D3 can have serious adverse health affects and including weakening your bones.

The amount of vitamin D3 contained in each 2 capsule serving is 600 mcg which is stated on the bottle to be 3000% of the recommended daily value. The 60 day supply is a great value especially for a vegan lichen-based vitamin D3 product.

I didn't realize when I ordered just how much Vitamin D this has. It has much more than I need or should take. Also, the label differs on the bottle than in the picture shown in the listing. The listing shows 1200mcg per 2 pills, but the bottle shows 600mg per 2 pills. Which is correct? I don't know. This makes me a little wary of taking this.

Got these for after my shoulder repair surgery , They seem to help as I'm moving my arm and shoulder with minimal pain. The Surgery was July 18th ,and It's now August 24th. It is supposed to take at least 6 weeks before I'm out of the Immobilizer. My shoulders on the mend ,and my knees aren't clicking or painful. Big Plus .
