Please read this for sizing tips.
Please read! If you already own a pair of the shorts, go at least one size bigger in the long pants version. I have two pairs of these shorts in XL. They fit me fine. I ordered the long pants version in XL and they were too small. I returned them and ordered the 2XL an they fit great. For reference, I'm 6ft tall, 30in inseam, 14.5 in calves and 24.5" thighs. Hope this helps. These shorts and pants are awesome.

Fits Well, Very Comfortable
These biking tights fit quite well and feel very comfortable for longer rides. They're lightweight and easy to get into and out of. The padding in the buttocks area is well suited for most riders to keep things cushioned well. I like the colors and designs on the tights; they look cool and allow drivers to see you better at night. The tights kept me quite warm throughout my ride and the overall build quality is pretty good. Repetitious use is usually the downfall of most tights and these have held up well. Overall, great product.

Sponeed Padded Bike Tights - Good Quality - Good Bargain
I bought the Sponeed padded bicycle tights for warmer weather as Winter is ending. I ordered the same size (US XLL) as I have in Sponeed padded bike shorts. The tights fit about the same. I am 6’ tall but only have a 30” inseam, so the tights are a bit long. Zippers at ankles work well. Fit is pretty good as I have large legs. There is a seam at about the knee that felt strange at first but no big deal when riding. As commented by other purchasers, the padding is a little large. I rode 12 miles first time I wore the tights. Front portion of the pad was more noticeable than the one in the shorts version. Did not cause chafing but felt like it could on a longer ride. Overall the quality is good and a bargain at $39. The colors are nice (black & white) and not too gaudy. Can see myself using these for quite a while. I ordered another pair of Sponeed padded bicycle shorts. Overall fit is good, not super tight, not thick and just work well.

Comfortable and great
According to the size chart I'm a Medium, I saw enough reviews that said not true to size, so I ordered a Large. I've so far used these 2 times for periods of over 3 hours. First time was a 60k 3 and a half hour non stop ride on a 10 C (50 F) weather next to the beach, the second time was a 110k through the desert, rode for 7 and a half hours and a on a variety of temperatures, started at 8C (46F) ended at 32C (90F). Both times I felt great, the pad is in the right place and it was a real relief for the discomfort my non-gel padded pants caused, used to start feeling the discomfort around the 3 hour mark, this time it took 6 hours for the discomfort to barely start which makes it the best pants I have. As for the heat, they really kept me warm on the colder moments, and they didn't feel overheating on the hot weather, which makes them all season for my location. What would make them perfect is if they had side pockets for the phone since I normally use a backpack which blocks my shirt's backpockets, if they ever come up with a model that has side pockets, it's an instant buy from me.

Happy with 4 previous orders - fleece version disappoints with poor padding position
This review is for the fleece lined pants. Initial review - 1 star. Promise of new pair - 3 stars for customer service. Back to 1 star after getting new pants - worse padding position than the first pair. Back to 3 stars after refund and custom pants that fixed the padding positioning. Took three tries, but finally got a pair that fits correctly. See below for more. I've previously purchased 2 shorts and 2 pants from this seller and have found the quality, comfort, fit and durability to be great value for the money with no complaints. Based on four consecutive successful orders, I decided to purchase the fleece lined pants for colder weather riding. I ordered the same size as the previous orders (US L, CN XL). I used the fleece pants for the first time today and I am quite disappointed in the quality. The material quality is excellent and quite warm. Unfortunately, I've encountered two manufacturing quality issues that appear to have been reported by several reviewers in the past: 1. Ankles are far too loose: compared to my previous orders, the ankles do not properly wrap around my legs. The pants do not interfere with biking, but are loose enough for cold air to rush up my legs. This is a minor issue and if that was the only complaint, I wouldn't need to write a review. 2. Padding is in the wrong position: This is the deal breaker. The padding is sewn in a position that is too forward creating an uncomfortable bulge in the front and little to no padding on the bones that contact the seat. When I compare the fleece pants padding to the previously ordered pants and shorts, I found that the fleece pants have a somewhat different padding design and is installed about 1.5 inches lower (measuring from the waist band to the top of the padding in the back) than the others. I was planning on using this for a 46 mile ride in the next few days, but I will now have to find an alternative. I could not imagine how my butt would feel after 46 miles with this padding. UPDATE: 3 stars. Seller contacted me within a day of this review being published and explained that they did have a manufacturing issue that has since been resolved. The seller offered to refund my purchase (even though it was past the Amazon 30 day return window) or send me the new version. I've asked for the new pants in hopes that they are the same quality as my previous 4 orders. I've made my review 3 stars based on the customer service I have been promised. UPDATE: Back to 1 star. The seller offered to send a new pair and assured me that the padding issues had been resolved. I received the pants this week and found that the new pair is even worse than the first. See the photo. 1. This is one of the four pair of pants and shorts I have previously ordered and fit great. 2. This is the first fleece pants I received that clearly has the padding in a different and incorrect position 3. This is the pair sent to me to address my concerns. The padding is position in a way that is even worse than #2. Both 2 and 3 are worthless to me. UPDATE: Back to 3 stars. The seller offered a refund or a custom pair and I choose the refund. After I received the refund, I received a message that the seller went ahead with a custom pair anyway. I received them this week and found the padding is finally in the correct spot. This seller is working very hard to please their customers, just be aware of the quality issues you might encounter.

Excellent quality / price. Comparable to Pearl Izumi!
I normally don’t write product reviews unless the product is really good, but these bike tights are awesome quality. I’m 5’9”, 205 lbs and I bought the Asia XL/US L and they fit perfect. I went with the black/neon green color and they look really cool. About the build quality... very impressed. The material and stitching is excellent as is the internal padding which is designed for bike riding. They even have a “bike seat design so you know you’re putting them on correctly! I haven’t been on a ride with them yet, but I know they’re going to be just fine in cooler weather. Another pro: $30 compared to $80+ for Pearl Izumi’s and Pearls don’t even have the built in padding! These save you from having to wear bike shorts plus tights or bike shorts plus leggings. Buy these! Seriously - not kidding; you will not regret it! Would definitely recommend and I’d purchase again.

Solid cheap pair for typical weekly training
Well, I don't think these are a bad pair of cycling pants. Pros: - Higher visibility with the neon yellow - VERY breathable and cool--if that is what you are looking for - Fairly comfy - No serious chafing caused by pant construction Cons: - Feel cheap (although they are cheap, so maybe that is to be expected)--I have only logged about 350mi on these (two rides being 60mi) so we will see how they actually hold up - No insulation--you can probably even wear these in 70degree weather and be fine---they probably won't be a viable option once the low 50 temps roll around here in the PNW - Although others say there is substantial seat cushion in these--i will agree that there may be plenty of surface area, but I find the material the padding is made of to be inefficient (1inch of padding feels like sitting on 1/8inch of padding) I would probably buy again just because they are cheap and having a few pairs to rotate is always good. If I want something reliable for longer rides, I will probably buy a quality pair. Overall, I would recommend these pants if you are looking for a nice cheap pair for weekly training. Also for sizing: I am 5'11" 215lbs and wear a 35 waist normally---I went with the large, and they are too big. I prefer my cycling pants to be tight, snug, and not shift around too much during my rides. These shift around quite a bit, and I would imagine on longer rides it will end up causing some serious chafing---I will definitely size down if I buy another pair.
