The blue is very pretty. The abstract shaped mirror looked better than I expected. We hung this over the door which took just a few minutes to prep and hang. Even without a solid wall-mount, the mirror still slid without issues. I was surprised. Excellent organization inside and the locking ability was a must since this was going to college. I highly recommend this organizer to anyone looking for compact, versatile, secure storage or beauty products or jewelry.

I agree with previous comments on this item. It is very well made, but also very heavy. While that is a good thing, it does make this far too heavy and deep for putting on a door. We had to place this strategically in the bedroom so it would look right. I bet you could recess this easily, I LOVE that the door opens as a slider, not a typical forward opening door on hinges. As others stated this is so much more than a jewelry mirror. It can hold SO much, makeup, jewelry, etc. my daughter has her perfume and back up energy drinks stocked in hers haha. We used thicker sturdier screws and went into studs due to the weight of this but also due to the sliding left to right (and vice versa) mirror. Opening that way adds extra strain and pressure on the screws and I don’t think the included dry wall screws would hold this in drywall. Into studs is a must. I gave this to my daughter for her birthday. It was a fun surprise and she loved everything from the blue color paint, to all of the many surprises inside. We made some additions inside by getting some command hooks so she could hang necklaces. I love that the lights shut off on their own when you close the door, and turn on when you open. It also locks with an included key, I didn’t know this when purchasing! So many cool features, they never end with this thing! You won’t regret this purchase! Five out of five stars! This mirror cabinet is built like a tank. Like the subject says, it's a bit on the over built side. The wood the mirror is on is very thick. Of course, in an age where so much stuff is built cheaply, it's refreshing to see something built like this. But while being built so solidly and strongly is a good thing, it does have its negatives. First, it's fairly heavy. It does hang nicely from it's door hanger. But if you're going to put it on a wall, I would make sure one of the screws goes in a stud. I would not hang this with the two screw anchors included. If there's not a stud where you want to hang it, I would go to the hardware store and get those big hard plastic screw in anchors. I think they can handle more weight. The other issue with being built so thick and sturdy is that it sticks out a bit much for hanging on a door. That's where we have it now. But it really is a bit bulky for a door. It looks nice and has lots of space inside. They include a tray that I think is for lipstick and other slender tail stuff and a sort of wall thing to push in rings and maybe earrings. Sorry I don't know specifically. We are guys so it's being used more like a bathroom cabinet here. Or I should specify we are guys who don't use makeup. Some do so no disrespect at all. But it will work great as either a makeup cabinet or a traditional bathroom medicine cabinet. (but never actually put medicine in your bathroom... It's gets too warm and humid to store medicine properly) The lights inside change color temp by closing and opening the door quickly. I don't really like that feature. That's the only reason for taking one star off. I would've preferred a selection button that I could just set and forget. But other then that, it's a very nicely built mirror cabinet.

This LED Mirror Jewelry Cabinet gets a five star review from me because it has been a life saver for my jewelry , perfume and me. You have the option to hang the cabinet on the door or on your wall it does come with the accessories to do so and also a key to lock it incase you do keep your jewelry in there and do not want your little ones getting into it. The cabinet comes with a LED mirror light inside of the cabinet so you are able to see the jewelry and not have to turn on your bed room light just to see. You can decide what you want to store but either way its a cute way to reduce clutter and keep your stuff stored away in style. I wouldn't pay 89$ for it but I can see why its valued at that price because the quality of the materials that where used are sturdy and last long.

She’s super happy with it, and I am too because it’s solid and works well! It has some good perks, like an auto-on/off LED light inside, the rails that allow you to slide it open and shut are super smooth, and you can either hang it on the door or put it on the wall. Two pieces of advice if you’re hanging it on the door: They give you some velcro that sticks on one end to the back of the mirror, and the other part sticks to the door, and then the velcro sticks together to keep it from swinging and banging around. This is genius. It could be a little tricky to get it lined up though, so what you do is stick the first piece to the back of the mirror. Then stick the second piece to the first piece via the velcro. Then once you’ve mounted the mirror, just lift it up and pull the piece of film off that’s on the second piece of velcro and then push it back down on the door. Be careful if you’re putting it on your door, because the door to the mirror is a sliding door, so you have to think if you want to put it off-center so it can slide all the way open.
