Don't know about the number of candies - they are sold by weight. However, there are 'lots' in the can (20-40 as a guess). Re chew - nope, suck. They are hard candies which you let dissolve in your mouth. You could, of course, crunch them but what's the point?

Moisturizing and effective whether you need them to keep from sounding like RFK Jr when you talk or hacking hairballs like a cat. Voice is crisp, clear, strong, smooth and not sticky. Wonderful relief. The tins are lovely for travel and recyclable for any of your other purse/bag items.

These are great. Tasty. Natural tasting. Not too sweet. These are chewy not hard. The only reason 4 vs 5 stars is the price. The tins are not even full and really pricy.
