I have had this suitcase since January and used it 3 times. Now the handle does not go down and unable to use this suitcase moving forward.

Purchased this for my girlfriend and it had one corner completely concave after the first and only trip with it.

I bought the white carry on back in 2021. I decided to order the 24" checked in bag in solid white to match the carry on. Needless to say the solid white being sold is not the same in the photos or what I recieved back in 2021. Very disappointed.
