These patches only really work when you apply them to your lower back then lie on it. They warm up very nicely indeed! Even get fairly hot. But if you merely apply them to any part of your body without applying pressure there is virtually no heat whatsoever. Hence only three stars. LO.

The heat patches helped the pain I was in, but when I came to remove them, I had to get my husband to remove it as I couldn’t get them off. One of them I had to cut off and they have left the adhesive behind. I will not use these again and would recommend them

Good value they certainly work for my back aches. Easy to put on and peel off cleanly. good adherence.

Once put on do not remove to reposition because they won't stick again
