Robustly designed product! The recording quality is reasonably good, and the built-in mic is fairly sensitive to voice, but not sure how it would do in an auditorium where the sound environment is different, however generally good recording quality. Its a fully mono device, which you'd expect as its a recording machine and not a personal stereo The Radio quality is good. The recording and playback speed is adjustable, ie the motor, however you would have to open up the device to adjust this setting. Klim even send batteries with the product which is a surprising bonus 5 years warranty on the device. Definitely worth the investment in comparison to other products out there. *** The only sting in the tail is that "Amazon" charge for the delivery which sucks, I guess with growth comes greed! ***

Very high quality AUX wired earbuds included, mediocre playback and recording quality of the actual deck, built in speaker is good for listening to voices, not music, rewind and fast forward are opposite of the standard which takes some getting used to

Would recommend high quality and easy to use battery life is perfect speed is also good and it functions well would recommend.

Works great, the quality is good. I bought blank cassettes to go with it, and the recording feature works well. The cassette player is very easy to use, and so is the radio. This is great value for your money, definetly worth it over cheaper alternitives. Unsure how sturdy it is longterm as i've not had it overly long, but so far its sturdy and not easy to break,

I purchased this Klim portable cassette tape player because I dropped my old Sony Walkman that broke and I can't get anyone to fix it. I already had a Klim Portable CD player which is great so when I saw than Klim did a cassette player which also incorporated a radio and you could record on it I was over the moon.

Works well enough when you get used to it. You have to be speaking at exactly the right distance from the microphone (about 3 inches). Too far away and the recorded sound is faint, too close and you get crackling sounds. My old Sony equivalent (no longer available) did not have this problem. On the plus side extraneous noises, like a passing car, are picked up only faintly due to the distance. You can buy an external microphone. It would be better if this were supplied as an integral part of the recorder. A good size (very like the Sony equivalent) but no way to attach a cord for ease of carrying.

Stopped working after 2 weeks. Stared making a static type sound instead of playing the cassette. This was the case with built in speaker and through headphones. I contacted the seller and didn't have a response.

The buttons feel great and the quality of the entire unit feels really good too. The radio works really well as well and is a nice touch. It's my main radio now as well as cassette player. The only complaint I guess I could say is the speaker is not the best quality but it comes with headphones 🎧 so that makes up for it to me. I wasn't really planning on using the built-in in speaker anyways if you use headphones or even plug it into a external speaker it sounds great. But yeah the built-in speakers is a little tiny and cheap sounding. But that's ok I guess if I was really going to nit pick would be if would be nice if it came with a belt clip but honestly that's not a really big deal. Over all I pros out weigh the very few cons and I'm very happy it with this perches
