I was skeptical to try this because I've used appetite suppressants before and after a while they usually stop working. With CraveArrest I have been taking it every day for 3 weeks, and I have noticed that I don't crave sweets and junk food at all. I've been combining this with a really strict diet, and I honestly don't even feel deprived when my family is eating pizza and brownies and I'm having grilled chicken and broccoli! This has worked very well for me, and I also have not noticed any negative side effects as with some other products (no headache, nausea, constipation, bad breath, etc). Two thumbs up from me!

The supplement does its job, but you have to do your part as well. You have to want to make a change in your habits and get healthier. Recommend this to several friends already.

It's a good support for suppressing cravings--not a magic pill. I used to have very strong, physical cravings for sugary, carby foods, especially during that time of the month. Now the cravings are fewer and not as powerful--I don't feel like I'm going to attack a bag of cookies anymore. Of course the temptations and triggers are still there, but the urges seem more manageable. You have to do your part, as another reviewer says, but this will help.

I have tried oodles of SSRIs and SNRIs over 20+ years with numerous and assorted side affects. I bought this product to naturally increase my serotonin, rather than for crave control. It makes a really big difference for me! Elevated serotonin without 'numbing' affect, elevated cholesterol or weight gain! Great product.

I purchased based off of Dr Child's recommendation, hoping to help curb my appetite. Every single body reacts differently. My body did not like this. After approx 3 weeks of daily dosing I figured out it was making me feel sad, lethargic, moody, & minimal decline in appetite. Sadly I didn't check return policy before purchasing (no returns). Way too pricey, I'd research buying a different product.
