great flavor low carb great flavored water alternative
tastes pretty good very low on carbohydrates great for diabetics you can kind of chug these things you would have to drink five of these to have any impact on your blood sugar and the most you will probably handles one or two a day they're a good alternative for water they won't screw up your diabetes I also recommend getting the coconut pineapple one if you want something with a more Tangy flavor this one is great for sweetness but not too strong either

Awesome Drink!
I love these drinks! The Bai Coconut Water drinks contain only 70 grams of sodium, which why I enjoy this particular flavor. I ordered on Amazon and received the delivery in just a couple of days. Ordering this 12-pack case actually saved me some money instead of purchasing from a store. If you are counting calories, the brand that I drink, Coconut/Strawberry Bai Water has only 10 calories. Go ahead, order some!

Bai Water is the best!
Bai Water is my favorite drink. Coconut is helpful in reducing inflammation, so I drink a bottle every day. I love having it delivered to my door. My favorite flavors are the coconut and pineapple coconut, and the vendors on Amazon always seem to have it on hand at the best prices.

Great flavor/Bad price
I absolutely love this flavor but I really hate that the price went up $10!!! They were $19 now $29 and the price hasn't come back down in months. Very disappointing because its the best flavor

Hydrating Refreshing & Good for your health
After my Triple bypass, my cardiologist recommended that drink coconut water. Keeps me hydrated, it is refreshing and no sugar. You can buy 1 btl to try. I purchased 3 different products And Bai was by far the best for me. I can tell if I don't drink it everyday. My only recommendation is that before you click on it to buy. Shop the price right here in Amazon. Prices range for 12 bottles is $16.00 to $35.00. I find $19.99 is the regular price. Suggestion since it is expensive, I buy coconut sparkling water and will combine them.
