I have used this awesome player for several weeks. It easily hooked up to my aux outlet in my car. The sound is beautiful. This also does not skip when going over bumpy roads or even a railroad track. It also uses my phone charger. Wonderful item for playing my cds.

It’s working. Sounds fine. Used 2 AA batteries. Don’t know how long it lasts. It said it can be used when connecting to USB-C but doesn’t hold charge so it has to be kept connecting. I bought it to put all my kpop cds in used for at home and in the car and its compact size works so far. I think it’s ok for the price. Hope it lasts for a long time.

I love it! I bought the pink version for myself, and I use it all the time. With good headphones, the sound quality is great! Very lightweight and seems a little fragile, but overall good. Works while plugged in, but doesn't hold a charge. Needs batteries, but I haven't changed the batteries since I got it a couple weeks ago. Comes with wired earbuds (that aren't great, but they are an added bonus and other headphones are cheap). Overall a great player!

I use this CD player at the gym and when I walk my dogs. Because I occasionally drop my CD players, this is my 3rd one, but my favorite so far and here's why: When I end mid-track, the player picks up where I left off when I turn it back on. The on/off button is a slide button located on the side of the player, preventing the unit from bumping into other items in my gym bag and accidentally turning on (my two previous players on/off buttons were push-style and on the top of the players). Volume button is also on the side and you turn the button with your finger. Easy to figure out how to use (I didn't need to look at the instruction booklet that came with the unit). And the player has a little heft to it, feels good in the hand. I recommend this one.

Great item but it doesn't charge, doesn't play CDs, doesn't do anything, doesn't work, and most importantly IT DOESN'T WORK! I grant this item a: SUPER F

Imagine my dismay when I went automobile shopping recently and found out you can't get a CD player in a car anymore. Millions and millions of people still listen to CDs! Anyway, I can't fight The Man, but I can plug a portable CD player into the aux port. I decided on the Gueray player for affordability and because it has a rechargeable battery, and the unit does what I need it to. It comes with an aux cable and a USB charging cable, so it's ready to go out of the box. It sounds good and has plenty of bottom end (all portable CD players should sound the same when plugged into a the same sound system. It's the amplifier and speakers that give you the sound quality or lack thereof). It only needed an hour to charge, and I drove around all week listening to music without having to recharge (5 hours at least, probably closer to 7). I set it on the flat part of the center console just under the AC controls, though your car may not have the same flat space there. The aux cable should be long enough to lay the player on the passenger seat if you have to. It's easy enough to get used to the volume wheel and the open button. When driving, you have to pick the player up from underneath with your right hand and push the open button forward with your thumb. No learning curve there. The buttons and wheels are easy to feel and in sensible locations on the unit. One thing I like is that the lid opens sideways instead of flipping back. Imagine the player is sitting in the center console area between the base of your dashboard and your shifter. If the lid flipped back (i.e., opened toward the shifter), it would be distracting to drive and take the disc out at the same time. The shifter would be in the way, and you'd have to slide the CD toward yourself. This unit places the lid hinge toward the driver and opens toward the passenger door. Trust me, it's simpler to lift the disc out sideways and put it back in a sleeve or case. It sounds trivial, but it makes the motion far less awkward.

This is so inexpensive that it seems unfair to knock it. Works decently as a CD player (better than the old boom box I was using which skipped erratically) HOWEVER this device after playing a disk rapidly goes into a sleep mode, and frequently refuses to wake back up unless you flip the power switch back and forth. I suspect that the tiny switch will break down sooner or later from such frequent use. I'm powering this with a USB-C power supply. For such an inexpensive item I guess you are getting your money's worth. Ehhh.

The audio is nice, battery life is fine if you turn it off after use. I left it “on” for 24 hrs and the batteries were drained. Size is good, not too bulky. No issue with skipping so far, but I mostly use it to study so I’m not running or anything. I give it a 4 out of 5 for overall quality!

The price is good value for what you get. The earphones supplied with it does a very good job at the mids range in the songs not so much on the very low end but that can be fixed with a decent pair of headphones or earphones. I find it best with the earphones supplied to listen to it with classical setting on the sound. This will have to do while I wait for my new headphones. Plays all your old CDs and cdrs and all that stuff. The downside it remembers your place on the CD doesn't matter what CD you change when you turn it off. And finally no need to go and buy batteries and find it. You can charge it and that's a plus. This is worth buying if you've got lots of CDs that you'll want to listen to.

Nachdem wir in unserem Kindergarten einige Zeit mit einem kabelgebundenen CD-Player gearbeitet haben, der sich als sehr unpraktisch erwies – besonders wenn die Kinder in den Garten gehen wollten –, haben wir uns entschlossen, auf ein tragbares Modell umzusteigen. Nun, nach fast einer Woche intensiver Nutzung, sind wir mehr als zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Das Gerät ermöglicht es uns, CDs abzuspielen, sodass die Kinder ihren Lieblingsgeschichten lauschen können. Darüber hinaus bietet der CD-Player auch eine Bluetooth-Verbindung, was uns die Freiheit gibt, jederzeit und überall Musik abzuspielen, die die Kinder besonders mögen. Obwohl das Gerät ebenfalls über eine Radiofunktion verfügt, haben wir diese Funktion bis jetzt noch nicht genutzt. Wir können jedoch bereits jetzt sagen, dass der CD-Player all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt hat. Das Gerät ist nicht nur leicht und somit perfekt für den Transport geeignet, sondern überzeugt auch durch seine ausgezeichnete Klangqualität.

Après 2 mois d'utilisation, me voilà entièrement satisfait de cet appareil. La qualité sonore (branché sur ampli) n'appelle aucun reproche, le fonctionnement sur batterie et sur secteur peut s'avérer pratique. Dommage que l'alimentation 5 volt ne soit pas fournie, mais c'est un moindre mal. Mais surtout, la qualité essentielle, et pas si courante sur ce genre d'appareil, est la possibilité de facilement passer d'un dossier à l'autre sur les CD de compilation où les morceaux sont organisés en dossiers! Sans cela, mes nombreux CD auraient été pratiquement inutilisables. Pour 40 euros, c'est une toute bonne affaire.
