My husband hates that I don't roll up the regular hose to his liking. We got this and it's just awesome. It rolls itself back up! And it's light weight and wont kink.

Slow to expand. Expands to only 40-42 feet, disappointing. Must be 1/2 inch or smaller inside diameter, as water volume and pressure less than other expandable brands I’ve owned. Otherwise it functions fine.

Extremely disappointed with this hose. Straight out of the bag the nozzle end of the hose would not provide a secure grip. It kept leaking no matter what I tried. I replaced the o-ring twice, used 2 other nozzles in addition to the one that comes with the hose and it would still squirt water all over the place.Even if this didn't happen, I was probably going to return it anyways. And that's because the quality of the nozzle that comes included is easily the cheapest I've ever come across. There is no doubt this thing would have broken as soon as it hit my concrete driveway. I've bought $3 nozzles from Lowes with much sturdier construction. The plastic really does feel paper thin.

Bought this to replace a cheap one we broke. Very light weight. I love that I get all the length I need with a small package. It's a pain for just a quick use like filling a bucket or things like that but worth it's weight in gold when you have to drag it around the house.I really like the shut off valve at the nozzel. That was on of the things that irritated me about my old house. I have a pressure washer so it's nice to be able to fill the hose to get it's full length and be able to hook it up without it shrinking and getting soaked.

I really liked the idea of an expandable/retractable hose, but the product doesn't describe that you'd constantly have to play tug-of-war anytime you want the hose to go past 50ish feet. In other words, if you want to leave your water running, whether on a sprinkler, or connecting to a drip of some kind, don't get this hose because it will immediately retract back to 50ish feet (if you run it past 50 feet). The listing should really be more upfront about the struggle it is to expand and keep it from retracting. I immediately returned mine to Amazon. Not what I was hoping it would be.On the flip side, if you're just using it to hand water something for a short amount of time, and you're strong enough to keep a tight grip on the hose, then perhaps this is a good fit for you.

I like how light weight this garden hose is. I can carry it to the front and back of the house with ease. It is also really flexible so when you're done using it, it's easy to roll it up. If you want a garden hose that's easy to manage this is the one to buy.

This hose is great! At the time I bought it, no reviews. Quite pleased with it - it quickly shrinks when you turn the water off (unlike others, which is a pet peeve of mine), and even the cheap plastic head that came with it is good. That said, don't let your landscaper or teenagers near it. I've lost many of these types of hoses to groundskeepers that just don't care. I'm back to buy a second one because someone violently overstretched it and now its all kinked up. Argh!

I really like the concept of an expandable hose, it's very lightweight and a real plus to not be tripping over it on the patio when it's not being used.Stored it in the basement over the winter, took it to use in the front of my home and it popped and exploded water all over the garage. No, the pressure was not the issue. I guess I'll have to go back to the other types of hoses which will last more than 8 months.
