Did not work with cricket

The phone seemed nice very well constructed, however it was not compatible with my phone service so I had to return it. The return process was slow and complicated and took many steps and I had to pay to return it, I would not have purchased it had I known I’d have to pay for the return shipping 🤷🏼‍♀️
